Continuing Education for Counselors and Therapists
Goal: To identify how voice dialogue is an effective tool when working with clients in conflict. To demonstrate how the process works.
Objective: The student will be able to discuss how the client is lead into the experience of discussing their issues/conflicts with their primary and disowned selves. The participant will be able to define how the process offers the client an opportunity to experience an internal psychodrama or simply air out two opposing views. The counselor will be able to discuss how the process can be used in a group of individual sessions and as a result, all participating will gain a greater awareness of their behavior without the shameful judgment.
