Mind - Body Connection:
As a therapist I am very aware of the mind/body connection and in this free lecture these connections will be discussed. The throat for example is about will and expression, it also brings in life force energy, this energy pathway is often closed when experiencing grief and other intense emotions which is why I use the intervention word "Breathe" so often. It is also about manifestation or bringing forth tangible results.

The 4 Agreements:
Michael lays out why we believe and behave the way we do and how to change these set patterns when we notice that they are getting in our way. Be Impeccable with your word, Make No Assumptions, Take Nothing Personally and Always do your best are the agreements and do have a truly life expanding consciousness to them.

The Attractor Factors:
This lecture focuses on the power of creation within every one of us. We create consistently with our inner most beliefs. “If you think you can, you can. If your think you can’t, you can’t. I will discuss some of the universal principles that are used to manifest.

Healing the Family in Addiction Recovery:
It has been said the family is as sick as or sicker than the alcoholic/addict. This lecture goes into identifying co-dependent behaviors, boundaries, having the clients take a co-dependency test to discover for themselves if they have the dysfunction of if they have giving up on self for the addict/alcoholic in their lives. Reclaiming self is the main focus of this lecture.

Co-dependency Recovery:
Illegal and prescription drug addiction, alcoholism, sexual addiction, pathological gambling, compulsive spending, eating disorders, untreated mental illness, severe depression, incest, sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety disorders, hording, PTSD, unresolved grief over death or non-death related losses, family violence, verbal abuse, dysfunction in a family, no boundaries, lack of ability to stand up for oneself and more are all events that may be used by the co-dependent to stop or refuse participation in their own lives. Loss of sense of self is a working definition for co-dependency I have used for years.

Hypnosis - Using the Power of the Mind:
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy utilized to create unconscious change in the patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors and/or feelings. A person who is hypnotized displays certain unusual characteristics and propensities, compared with a non-hypnotized subject, most notably heightened suggestibility and responsiveness.

Conscious Language:
Each state of consciousness will have common language patterns supporting the state of consciousness one finds oneself in. Vagueness is being committed to not having something specific. Specificity brings up feelings. Feeling is the key to healing. Despair is also “not-paired” with your choice. All despair will have some worded expression tagged along which separates the individual from their desire. Lack is a belief in not enough of being separated from the thing desired. Language coupled with conscious choice turns lack into abundance quickly.
